Matteo, our host, was super friendly and always available for our questions. The room was spotless and tidy, with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. The location was jaw-dropping, only 15 min from the main square. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and VIP-like. No pets or smoking allowed on-site.

I stayed at this cozy hotel in a great location near the Biennale. It's tucked away from the tourist areas but still close to shops and restaurants. The hotel made great use of the small space and provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. The host was responsive and friendly, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The ground floor room was surprisingly quiet and the wifi was reliable. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The nearest airport is conveniently close, just a stone's throw away. Piazza San Marco is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore. It's great to have these attractions nearby for a quick visit.

We loved being just a 5-minute walk from the Biennale Art site and only two stops away from Lido on the vaporetto. The location of Fenix Colombina was perfect for exploring Venice, with St Marks square just a short 15-minute walk away. The nearby vaporetto stop also made it convenient to travel around the city. I was pleasantly surprised when the host upgraded us to a better flat than the one we had originally booked. Mateo, the host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing us with useful information and recommendations. The area surrounding the hotel was also great as it was away from the touristy parts, allowing us to experience a more authentic side of Venice.

I had a great stay at Fenix Colombina. Although there were some minor drawbacks such as a slightly broken mattress and a few maintenance issues in the room, these did not significantly detract from my overall experience.
